Chargha Chicken Recipe (Non-Veg)

Chargha Chicken Recipe, Pakistani Chicken Fry, How To Cook Chicken Chargha Recipe

Chargha in Pashtun is chicken and this dish influenced from streets of Pakistani & Punjab.


How to prepare  Chargha Chicken
 
Preparation time : 5 mins
Cooking time      : 25 mins
Total time            : 30 mins


Ingredients in  Chargha Chicken

• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp.
• Citric acid - 1/4 tsp.
• Garam masala (each) - 2    grams.
• Ginger galic paste - 1 tbs.
• Whole chicken - 1000 grams.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - 0 to fry.


Preparation:
  • Cut the chicken into half, and give them gashes for marinating.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, citric acid, turmeric powder, garam masala,salt, mint leaves, all these ingredients put them into the blender make a paste. Marinate the chicken with prepared masala and rest it for 4 hours.
  • Arrange the chicken pieces into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes, then let it cool down so that the masala also sticks with chicken.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces on both sides.
